To much to do!!!

Well it is that busy time of the year again. I am currently working, playing tennis, and going to the gym 4-5 days a week. I gotta stay in shape for the holidays hit. Last night Baby James got his first play house. It was given to him at one of our showers and of course it says that it is for ages 3+ but if you know baby James he was ready. Now we just have to keep the dog from making it her new home. Well of course if you know us you know my husband stays busy as well. He is doing so much at work that he doesn't really get a break right now. I am some times ready for everything to slow down. Now as for our house. We are still waiting on the insurance company. They can't seem to communicate between them in the contractor to get the correct information. I hate being the in between person.

The best news came at the end of last week. NO I am not pregnant. I am actually going to be able to transition myself out of the lab and have a real desk job. I will only being doing test work once maybe twice a week and that won't be every week. I am going to be what is called and ISO coordinator. My current boss has the title but I will be taking it on doing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. I am so excited because I am so burnt on doing lab work. You can only do it for so long before you are ready for a break. There is so much to the chemistry field besides test work.

Now as everyone is aware times are getting rough for some people. My family is just like the rest and times are not agreeing with us. We make the money but because the cost of everything has gone up so much the money just goes by faster. I wish there was a way to make the money last a little longer. It is hard to budget and budget and never get anywhere. I know I am just babbling but I need to sometimes and with a husband who comes home and just sits in front of the TV this is about my only outlet.

Thanks for listening.

Baby James' appointment

Well we thought yesterday would be the last appointment with the hematologist. I thought wrong. Yet again our blood count was low and we will now have to go at least 2 more times. For anyone who doesn't know. Baby James has Benign Neutropenia of Childhood which means he has an autoimmune disease. We are watched by a hematologist every 3 months. Hopefully one day he will out grow it if not then they have missed diagnosed him and we will be starting from scratch.

As for the rest of us there's not much going on. We still have a hole in the kitchen from the tree falling in and we are probably getting ready to have in-laws move in with us for a little while. Yeah they finally have someone looking at their house. With the market the way it is they have had it on the market for over a year now so this is some great news. The bad news is them moving in with us.
